This dedicated group of leaders brings a wealth of experience and passion for advancing educational opportunities across our region. The Ohio Valley Educational Foundation is committed to expanding educational opportunities through three key programs: Head Start, iLEAD Academy, and Pre-ETS. By supporting early childhood education, innovative high school learning pathways, and career readiness services for students with disabilities, we strive to empower learners of all ages. Our mission is to foster academic success, workforce development, and lifelong learning to create a meaningful impact across the region.
