There has been an important change in OVEC's Worker's Comp plan.  We have also posted the updated First Report of Injury form in case the sites don't have the most updated copy.  The JPG file can be printed off to write in, the DOC file can be typed in within Microsoft Word.

2006 OPEN ENROLLMENT ONLINE (old)

Open enrollment for HEALTH INSURANCE is on-line this year from October 17th-28th. We are asking that everyone log onto the website given by the state just to check that all information is accurate. If your information is OK and you don't want to make changes to your current level of coverage, you can simply exit the website. Your coverage will stay the same as this year. If you want to make changes, follow the instructions submit the information to the state.

MANDATORY open enrollment for OPTIONAL BENEFITS such as dental insurance, vision insurance, Long-term disability, optional life insurance through OVEC's plan, etc. will be held the last week of the month (October 24th through 28th). The attachment above shows the dates and times we will be at various sites. Please make every effort to attend at your assigned site and if that is not possible you must attend the make-up meeting on Friday October 28th at the Central Office. FAILURE TO ATTEND ANY MEETING COULD RESULT IN THE LOSS OF ALL BENEFITS.
