Notice to Vendors:

OVEC is a member of the Kentucky Purchasing Cooperative (www.kybuy.org) .  Vendors wishing to participate in the KPC bids offerings, please following steps below:

  1. To participate in KPC bids you must first register with eSchoolmall.  Go to www.eschoolmall.com – Click on Vendor Login, click on not registered.  Complete the information to register with eSchoolmall.  If your company is already registered proceed to step 2.
  2. Once registration is complete send an email to KPCMemberServices@kybuy.org requesting the desired bid be published to you.  Send the email from the email address used to register with eSchoolmall.
  3. You will receive an email from eSchoolmall indicating that the bid has been published to you.  Login to your eSchoolmall account and complete the bid.  Email KPCMemberServices@kybuy.org if you have any problems. 

 

Notice to OVEC Schools:

All bids awarded for the current fiscal year bid cycle are available on eSchoolmall's web site for purchasing: http://www.eschoolmall.com/.
Be sure you are registered to purchase online with your district contact person.

Bid Forms

The Kentucky Educational Development Corporation (KEDC) Board of Directors, as the Legal Education Agency (LEA) for the Kentucky Purchasing Cooperatives (KPC) is accepting sealed bids for Copy Paper for member districts in the OVEC region until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2012. To participate in the bid, all bidders will use eSchoolMall's easyBid application to enter their bid responses (www.eschoolmall.com). See notice to vendors above to participate in the bid. In addition to responding to the bid online, we also require that bidders print and submitt the following attachments and return to OVEC - P.O. Box 1249, Shelbyville, KY 40066 via regular mail prior to the bid opening. Any questions regarding this bid, please contact Andrea Skaggs.
