In addition to the Terms and Conditions of each OVEC bid as provided on eSchoolmall's web site, OVEC requires the bidders to complete a series of bid forms and read additional information.
Below are for bid forms required of all bidders to submit on or before the bid opening. The forms are provided in print ready Acrobat PDF Format for each bid. Print the form, read, complete and mail the form to OVEC before the bid opening date. If you do not have a copy of Adobe Reader on your computer you can download a free copy by clicking on the logo:
