Steve Miracle has been the Superintendent of Trimble County Public Schools since 2015. His 20 years in education began in Carroll County as an alternative school teacher and then led him to Shelby County where he taught 7th grade social studies and then became Assistant Principal at Shelby West Middle School. In 2010 he became the Principal at Hebron Middle School in Bullitt County where he served until taking his current position in Trimble County.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History Education from Kentucky State University, a Master of Education degree from the University of Louisville, Rank I from the University of Louisville, and certifications for Director Pupil Personnel and Superintendent from the University of the Cumberlands. He is active in Rotary and other local organizations as well as KASS, KASA, and AASA.
